Quality Review Results

 In 2022, Kline Developmental Services again received a score of 100% from Qlarant, a state-contracted independent auditor, for providing quality services as dictated by the state of Florida.  Good hiring, record keeping and training practices as well as person-centered service delivery and progress were some of the many audited areas.   

In order to receive this high score, consumer-centered services, accurate logging of hours and appropriate activities, bookkeeping, training and personnel record keeping, among other thing, must be proven strengths.  We thank our staff and consumers for all their hard work and diligence.

Over the years, our review scores have consistently been 95% or higher.
