• I've been working for KDS since August 0f 2009. I absolutely admire Debra and the dedication that she has towards her work. She has taught me so much! It’s such a blessing to work for Kline Developmental Services and I look forward to many more years. Debra goes far and beyond to help all of our consumers and providers with anything she can. I can not offer more hearty approbation than for Debra Kline. Her personal and professional ability to care are second to none. She brings genuine compassion, humor, encouragement, along with a wise and gentle approach toward families during their greatest needs. What a joy it is to know her! Thanks!

I have very much enjoyed the past year that i have been with the company, i enjoy getting to experance first hand the true joy and happiness of getting to help the most wonderful people that their could be.Thank you for giving me the oppertunity to do so.

When we moved to Florida two years ago, we did not know where to turn to get services for our 30 year old son who has severe spina bifida. Deborah, who didn't know us at all , took the ball and ran. She helped guide us through and extremely complicated system and never quit until we had a way to keep Jonathan in our home with services. We now enjoy a higher quality of life than if Debra had not come to the rescue.

​Being a caregiver, one has to have patience, be devoted, dedicated, compassionate, caring and willing to devote time at any unexpected time. There are days I don't see my family much but they understand why and don't get upset about it because they know I'm out here helping someone who needs my undivided attention.  Being a caregiver is very rewarding.  I'm glad I'm a part of it.  It puts a smile on my face knowing I'm making someone's life a little bit happier.  Thank you Stephanie Rodgers for making me a part of the team.  These last 2 yrs have been the best years of my life.
